Biography

Margarida Maia is a PhD student at the Faculty of Sciences of University of Porto, developing her project at the Institute of Physics for Advanced Materials, Nanotechnology and Photonics (IFIMUP). She completed her undergraduate studies in Technological Physics (2016), followed by a MSc degree in Physical Engineering from the University of Porto (2018). Since then, she has been working in the thermoelectric (TE) field, focusing on printed flexible devices for energy harvesting, specializing in the production and characterization of the TE materials and devices, as well as, prototype developing.
